Brand Philosophy

心には、小さな種がある。

There is a small seed in every heart.

嬉しい出来事は、陽の光のように心をあたためてくれる。
優しい出来事は、肥料のように心を育ててくれる。
悲しい出来事は、雨のように潤いとなって心へしみ込む。
怒りや憤りを覚えるような出来事は、雷のように心を揺さぶり、
良くも悪くも、自分の中にある感情や力を動かすことがある。

Joy warms it like sunlight.
Kindness nourishes it like rich earth.
Sorrow seeps into it like rain.
Experiences that rouse anger or indignation shake it like thunder,
sometimes stirring something deep within us, for better or worse.

陽の光も、肥料も、雨も、雷も、その重なり方は人それぞれ。

Sunlight, nourishment, rain, thunder —
the way they come together is different for everyone.

その種は、そうした日々を受けながら、ゆっくりと根を伸ばしていく。
根は、成長を支える土台。
芽がまだ見えなくても、育っていないわけではない。
その人の中では、もう根が育っている。

Through all these days, the seed slowly sends down roots.
Roots are the foundation of growth.
Even when no sprout can yet be seen, growth is already underway.
Deep within, roots are growing.

そして、種は、ひとつだけで育つものではない。
山も、川も、草木も、動物も、人も、無数のつながりの中で生きている。
太陽の光も、誰かの努力も、見えない優しさも、
その積み重ねの中に、私たちの今日がある。
どんな日も、ひとりで生きているわけじゃない。

And no seed grows alone.
Mountains, rivers, plants, animals, and people all live within a web of countless connections.
The light of the sun, someone's efforts, unseen kindness —
all of it has brought us to today.
Whatever the day, none of us lives entirely on our own.

だからって、気を張りすぎる必要はない。
休んでもいい。
泣きたい日があってもいい。
言葉はいらない時には、無理に何かを言わなくてもいい。
そんな日もある。

Even so, we do not have to brace ourselves all the time.
It is okay to rest.
It is okay to have days when we want to cry.
When words are not needed, we do not have to force them.
Some days are like that.

万事良好とは、晴れの日だけを良しとする言葉ではない。
雨の日もある。
雷のように心が揺れる日もある。
芽がまだ見えない日にも、見えないところでは根が育っている。

万事良好 (BANJI RYOKO) does not mean that only sunny days are good days.
There are rainy days.
There are days when the heart is shaken as if by thunder.
Even on days when no sprout can yet be seen,
roots are already growing beneath the surface.

その日々も含めて、
万事、良好。

Those days, too.
万事、良好。
